Crazybump also has a batch-generate option, which MindTex does not yet have, though I have already started setting it up to include one. The main differences, as far as major features, are that CrazyBump has a normal map mixer, which allows you to take several existing normal maps and mix them together to create a composite map quickly and easily MindTex does not have this yet (though I am strongly considering adding something similar in an update, once the initial kinks are worked out). Both also include 3d previews for seeing how your final texture looks on a mesh (either a stock mesh or a custom one that you load in).
